Mucho Gusto

Sinds 2011 kan je bij koffiebar ‘Mucho Gusto’ terecht voor ‘speciality coffee’.

Barista Roel Driesen werd in 2010 Belgisch kampioen koffieproeven en brandt sinds 2016 ook zelf zijn bonen. Hij trekt daarvoor elk jaar voor twee weken naar Centraal-Amerika om ter plekke de beste bonen uit te kiezen.

Bij ‘Mucho Gusto’ kan je ook koffiebonen kopen. Naast in de eigen ‘micro-roastery’ gebrande koffie vind je er ook een uitgebreid assortiment van binnen- en buitenlandse koffiebranderijen.

Since 2011, you can visit coffee bar 'Mucho Gusto' for 'speciality coffee'.

Barista Roel Driesen became Belgian coffee tasting champion in 2010 and has been roasting his own beans since 2016. To do so, he travels to Central America for a fortnight every year to select the best beans on the spot.

At 'Mucho Gusto', you can also buy coffee beans. Besides coffee roasted in their own micro-roastery, you will also find a wide range of domestic and foreign coffee roasters.

The coffee bar is located in the shadow of Studio Giftig's giant mural 'Out of the Cage'.
