Sneaky Jay woont in Hasselt, speelt hardcore en is een graffiti spuitende tattoo artiest die zijn tattoo-ontwerpen ook op gevels aanbrengt. Hij beschilderde al meerdere elektriciteitskasten in het stadscentrum van Hasselt en ook aan de 'Hall of fame' kan je regelmatig werk van hem aantreffen.

Het werk is enkel toegankelijk tijdens de openingsuren van het skatepark. In dezelfde straat vind je ook street art van KBTR, Hell'O, Inti, Sokar Uno en Iota.
